RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Quality Guarantee.
We stand by every product. If it’s not the right fit for your life, we make it right.
- 3-Day Returns: You have 3 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a change of mind (must be unused and in original packaging).
- 1-Year Warranty: We offer a 1-Year exchange on any product found to be structurally damaged or defective.
- Hygiene & Beauty: Due to the nature of lifestyle products, items such as beauty tools, earrings, or personal care products are only eligible for exchange if they arrive damaged and remain unused in their original seal.
-
Multi-Tiered Volumetric Steps: Engineered with an open-top, multi-depth staircase layout that allows high-volume skincare bottles, toners, and serums to sit vertically for instant optical recognition.
-
Silent-Glide Storage Cells: Features smooth, friction-free drawers designed to isolate smaller assets like palettes, single shadows, and cotton pads, protecting them from airborne dust and moisture.
-
High-Density Polymer Frame: Constructed with a heavy-duty, impact-resistant polymer body that is entirely waterproof and easy to clean, ensuring a stable, wobble-free foundation on any vanity surface.
